Cancellation policy

Your Care Plan renews automatically on your sign-up date, yearly or monthly as chosen, charged to the card on file at the price shown, until you cancel. The amount, how often it is charged and the next charge date are in your order confirmation and on your account page. We email a reminder 30 days before each yearly renewal. Cancel any time from your account page, by email (hello@halterhomelabs.com) or by phone ((314) 347-0954): the next charge stops and your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We give 30 days' notice of any price change.
