  3. Pay once you've accepted the brief.

    We only ask for payment after you accept the brief. You then get an invoice.

  4. Production.

    Usually 1 to 4 weeks from payment, depending on length. Your quote gives the exact date.

  5. Delivery.

    You receive the finished video as an MP4 in 1080p (a vertical cut for social is available on request; your quote says if it costs extra).

When do I pay?

After you accept the written brief and quote. Then we send an invoice. Nothing is charged when you request a quote.

How long does it take?

Usually 1 to 4 weeks from payment, depending on length and scope. The date is in your quote.

Do you use AI?

Yes. We use AI-assisted tools in production. Every video is directed and checked by us before delivery.

How many revisions are included?

You approve the script and storyboard before animation starts, then get two rounds of revisions on the animated draft.

Can I use the video anywhere?

Yes. Once it's paid for, you get a permanent license to use it for any lawful purpose, including paid ads. If licensed music or stock footage in your video carries a restriction, your quote will say so. We may show it in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Can you show my product or real people?

Tell us in the request and we'll say in the quote what we can do.
